Made with fruit from the Southwest region, this Brut is a blend of Chardonnay, Folle Blanche, Ugni Blanc, and Chenin Blanc combined to create an easy-drinking, enjoyable, and wonderfully priced bubbly. Medium-bodied & dry. A floral nose followed by lemon and apple on the palate. Fruity on the finish yet dry with touches of Marzipan.

Filipa Pato, Bairrada Dinamica Branco
A blend of 80% Bical and 20% Arinto grown in calcareous clay soils. 10% of the juice ferments in 500L casks; the other 90% is fermented in tank. A biodynamic & low intervention gem from Portugal. Brillant straw yellow color with greenish rim, good viscosity in the glass. The nose has wafts of Pear (typical for the Bical grape) with some hints of herbaceous spice (rosemary & thyme). The mouth is refined, creamy, relatively smooth and has present minerality, finishing with a kind of salinity & lingering acid. This wine has great tension & a long finish.

A blend of Garnacha, Syrah & Monastrell planted on sandy, lime soils at 2000-3000 ft above sea level. Each varietal is fermented separately and aged 4 months in French and American oak. Ripe plum and fig with bright acidity, integrated tannins and a spicy finish.

Kir-Yianni 'Ramnista' Xinomavro 2012
Aromas of strawberry, vanilla and sweet spices on the nose, plenty of volume and richness on the palate, where the aromas of the oak balance with the pleasant acidity and the fruity aftertaste of the wine. The 2012 Ramnista is a Xinomavro with a soft mouthfeel coming from a vintage that produced expressive and very aromatic wines.
Rare aromatic complexity with intense tannin structure and robust acidity. An excellent pair for red meat and game.

This ruby red wine is very complex and elegant with aromas of red currant, red cherries, black berries with spicy overtones such as lavender, thyme and rosemary. Excellent balance in the mouth, tannins are elegant and silky. Due to the combination of the sandy subsoil and the Grenache, the wine is showing finesse and poise. A beautiful wine that is lively as it is elegant.

Organic & hand-harvest followed by 8 days of skin maceration in stainless steel tanks with fermentation going through native/natural yeasts. The wine is aged for 18 months in stainless steel tanks (inox). After aging in the tanks the wine is coarsely fined, not filtered.
Bilo Idro Plavac is meant to be a fresh, approachable, and easy drinking style of Plavac Mali that brings you dockside at Bilo Idro overlooking the Adriatic. This 100% Plavac is a touch lighter in body than other Plavac, but still very much stylistically a Zlatan Plavac! A bright and fresher Plavac with notes of dark red cherry, baby blueberries, subtle earthiness and gentle tannins.

Akutain Rioja Cosecha
The Akutain Cosecha is comprised of mostly Tempranillo with a small percentage Garnacha, hand-harvested from the family parcels, fermented in fiberglass vats with native yeasts and a short maceration, and raised over winter in fiber glass vats before being bottled without filtration or fining. They strive to produce wines in the traditional style set forth by the Grand Bodegas, but on a much smaller scale, and most importantly to singularly reflect the wind-swept, high elevation terruño of Rioja Alta. This natural wine shines through with a unique expression and style from some of the more heavily-oaked Riojas we normally see.

The vineyards of weathered Devonian slate are on a steep, contiguous slope facing south-south west and represent some of the most prestigious sites in all of the Middle Mosel, in fact 85% of the Selbach’s vines are on steep slopes. The Selbach family’s heritage in the wine business dates to 1660: Selbach’s ancestors shipped wines down the Mosel in their own ships, the wine carried in oak barrels made by cooper Matthias Oster, the great-grandfather on the paternal side of the family.
Using natural fermentation from a Mosel fuder, this reisling brings some of the best qualities of Mosel to your back porch. This wine is sure to shine as an early fall indulgence.
